• Represents an energy company in an arbitration arising from conflicting interpretations of a contract for the transportation of hydrocarbons by pipeline.
• Represents an energy company in a dispute related to the interpretation of a hydrocarbon supply contract.
• In banking matters, it currently represents one of the two most important banks in the Mexican financial system, in terms of assets and number of clients, in bankruptcy proceedings, recovery actions in relevant credits and defense strategies.
• Advised an entity of the Mexican financial system in a potential arbitration related to the acquisition of a payment platform.
• He is also an attorney for the main chain of self-service stores in the country, in a class action promoted by the Federal Institute of Public Defense.
