With more than 17 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation, Pedro's practice has focused primarily on litigation related to financial sector institutions. He has successfully represented the most important credit institutions in the country in complex portfolio recovery lawsuits, as well as in the defense of such institutions in controversies seeking to impute liability against them.

- Successfully represented the interests, as majority creditor, of one of the most important banks in Mexico in the insolvency proceeding of one of the most important housing developers in the northwest of the country, where he also achieved the recognition and collection of credits for the amount owed to the client.
- Advised and represented one of the most important credit institutions in Mexico in the insolvency proceedings of the Mexican subsidiary of one of the most important Spanish companies in the energy sector.
- He is currently representing the interests of the most important credit and development banking institutions in the country, in the insolvency proceeding of a relevant company in the passenger transportation sector.
