Mario has specialized in the resolution of conflicts between shareholders regarding the economic and corporate control of companies, as well as in disputes related to the sale and purchase of shares. In addition, he advises leading housing construction and commercial companies in real estate trusts (FIBRAS) transactions, representing them in legal disputes regarding liabilities derived from construction work and execution of guarantees.
