Mario has more than 15 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation. His intervention has resulted in the successful resolution of disputes, both in court and in key negotiations. He excels in designing and executing efficient strategies to achieve his clients' objectives in an effective and timely manner.

Mario has specialized in the resolution of conflicts between shareholders regarding the economic and corporate control of companies, as well as in disputes related to the sale and purchase of shares. In addition, he advises leading housing construction and commercial companies in real estate trusts (FIBRAS) transactions, representing them in legal disputes regarding liabilities derived from construction work and execution of guarantees. He also represents corporations in disputes arising from breaches of commercial contracts, focusing on the recovery of significant sums of money.

In addition, Mario has vast experience in the handling of class actions in Mexico. Concerned with their proper exercise, he has participated in matters that have sought to set important precedents for their effective conduct and resolution.
